| Hello. I need to SUBLET this whole two bedroom apartment for the entire months of July and August. The landlord is a very easy going person, fixes everything he has to upon request, and is very flexible. The apartment is a top floor with plenty of light in Brighton, right off commonwealth avenue, served very well by sybway, buses and free shuttles. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby. Stop and Shop and Shaws are few blocks away. The neighborhood is very relaxed and quiet, it has a small park in front of the building. The building is well kept, and the management company is prompt and honest. Very cheap and modern washers and dryers. The apartment has been repainted entirely last year. Thanks. |
