This is a great 1 bd/1 ba apt 2 blocks from UNCG. I pay $450 in rent which includes water and the use of a dumpster behind the apartment. Included with the apartment is a fridge, stove, window unit a/c, and gas heater(tenant pays for); these are all provided by the landlord. If wanted, I will leave a microwave and a blue loveseat. I am posting this because I am moving out and need someone to takeover my lease. I do not set any of the prices or guidelines, they are set by my landlord. This apt has its own private upstairs entrance. This is really a nice apartment and is accompanied with a great price. You will not find a 1 bedroom apartment this nice anywhere near UNCG for this good of a deal. Dont wait on this one, it will go fast!
