| I am leaving the country for the summer for an internship. This apartment is within walking distance to the Appalachian State University Campus and most everything in town. I am willing to negotiate price because I am desperate to find someone to sublease my place. It is completely furnished and all you would need to bring is your linens and clothes. I would need references as I am entrusting my entire apartment and everything in it to a potential renter. I would also require a security deposit to protect against any damages. As I said before, I am completely open to negotiations about my apartment as I am desperate to not have to pay for it while I am away, especially since my internship is unpaid.Please email me with any questions. |
