| I have this lease running until 11/30/2005 but I would like to move before that. This apartment is partially-furnished (bed, table, chairs, etc. No sofa) and if you want I can leave the furniture.
If youre interested in starting the sublease before 5/1 let me know and well try to arrange it. Youll be able to leave the apartment or renew the lease at its end, at your convinience.
Everything is in great shape!
The lease includes a membership to a local gym, free wireless Internet and pool access!
