I have an one-bedroom apartment to offer. Located at Dennison Ave and 5th Ave, between Downtown and the OSU campus, near the Short North. Large kitchen. Nice living room and large bedroom. Lots of closet space. Laundry on premises. I would like someone to take over my lease starting Jan. 1, 2005. If you move in by Feb. 1, 2005 I will give you a $100 sign-on bonus.
