I had to move back to Wisconsin from Oberlin, Ohio and need to sublet (via the actual property manager, at College Park Manor, Oberlin, Ohio) this spacious 3rd. floor efficiency/studio apartment has brand new carpet. It is centrally located within walking distance of Oberlin's downtown area and Oberlin College. There is ample parking and some covered parking for an additional fee--subject to availability. There is a separate bicycle storage room near the garage.
