There is a very large yard for BBQs and volleyball or a garden and a bright kitchen that looks onto the backyard to keep an eye on the party or kids. If you want a good deal, we offer $600 off rent when you sign a one year lease. Rent is $950/mo. We do require a credit screening with all our applicants with a fee of $35.
