| My roomate and I are planning on heading to Mexico for the summer. This is a large house, in a quite resedential neighbor hood in Pittsburghs "Little Italy". The house is 3 stories, 4 levels if you include the basement. The basement is equiped with W/D. On the ground level you have the kithchen and living room. On the second floor you have 2 bedrooms, one with airconditioning and the other with a 1/2 bath. The 3rd floor is a half finished attick, which serves as an office, or can be used as a 3rd bedroom. The house can be either furnished or not. We are college so the quality of our furnishings are not the best, but I assure you we are very clean, and expect the house to be clean upon return. Any furnishings that you dont want in the house, we will remove. The rent includes water, but does not include gas or electric. Please feel free to email me with any questions. |
