| 700 square feet. it's a legitimate one bedroom (not a studio converted or anything like that). Hardwood floors, 24 hour doorman, laundry on the floor, plenty of light, separate kitchen, TONS of closet space, right on Rittenhouse Square, near restaurants, shopping district. i've been here five years and loved it. i'm only giving it up because i am moving to NYC. take over my lease, and it's even a better deal since it's priced under market. |
