| a quiet apartment complex just three minutes away from clemson university. it is a one bedroom, one bath apartment with full kitchen dining/laudry area, living room, and porch (1st floor). washer/dryer in apartment- no fee. pets are allowable for $25 a month. the apartment is not furnished, but will be willing to sell a dining room table, desk and hutch, and a few other things. lease runs out at the end of july- you can renew. tri-county technical college is also about 15 minutes away. the apartments are called Heritage Hills Apartments through the Burton Properties- they have a website to show floorplans. i have responsibled clemson university and moved back home to pursue my second degree- i am looking for a subleter immediately! |
