My husband and I are moving out of the area - unexpectedly and have to break our lease (big bucks). We are trying to find someone or a group to take over the lease. This complex houses anyone from to musicians. There is a recording/rehearsal studio on site, a fitness center, 2 pools, jacuzzi, saunas, sand volleyball court, tennis court, playground etc... Its also pet friendly. We loved it there, but have no choice.
