Quiet street. Shops, Eastern Market, museums, the Capitol gardens are all outside your door. Bedding and towels are in the linen closet. Pots and dishes in the kitchen. Laundry facilities are in the basement. No smoking please. Monthly rent, including all utilities and furnishings is $1450. A year lease is prefered, but shorter options may be available.
