My lease ends at the end of March. Currently Im looking to sublease this condo so I may move in with someone else. Heat and water are included - you pay electric, cable and/or phone. There is a washer/dryer located WITHIN my unit. Building is locked, includes garage parking for one. Building is only two blocks from downtown Waukesha and was balcony overlooking the street. The rent is $625 per month.
