| Refund policy Cityleases users can view the apartments that are available before paying the fee, a refund will only be made if the user has not utilized any login sessions. |

Choosing the "dates available" If the apartment lease is less than one year, the availability dates can be an important factor in renting the apartment. To facilitate the leasing of your apartment, make sure that "availability dates" are extended to the longest period possible. |
| Deleting your listing Once your apartment has been rented, please return to the site to remove the apartment. To do this, goto the Lessor Home page and click on "update / remove apartment". After entering your password, your apartment should appear. Proceed and click the "delete" button. Your apartment will then be deleted. |
| Lessee viewing Lessees that have indicated a strong interest in an apartment may wish to view it before committing to a lease. It is up to you, to arrange a convenient time to show the apartment. |
