Fees
Cityleases.com charges a fee based on the state that you wish to access.  This fee ranges from $1.95 to $99.95.  Once paid, your account will be valid for 3 months.  Do not share your account with others extreme excessive use will flag your account for investigation. 
Refund policy
Cityleases users can view the apartments that are available before paying the fee, a refund will only be made if the user has not utilized any login sessions.
Lease payments and appointments
Payment and security deposits are at the discretion of the apartment owner. All apartment appointments and negotiations are between the apartment owner and the apartment seeker.
 
The service
Cityleases.com provides the apartment owner (or leaseholder) with a convenient, and FREE means of renting an apartment. Once your apartment or room is listed, lessees from the most prestigious schools and corporations will begin to contact you. To list your apartment, apartment or share, simply go to the registration page and follow the page links.
Security
The apartment owner's exact address is never made available to any apartment seeker!. Also, since an explicit description and photographs can be uploaded to the site, only extremely interested parties will contact you. Furthermore, none of the information given to Cityleases.com is sold or given to third parties. All personal information remains within The parent company of Spyder Web Enterprises.

Multiple Listings
If you have multiple apartments to rent you can list them all.  Once you are a registered user, the website will recognize your contact information and all you need to do is enter the specific apartment information.
Pricing your apartment or share
 We recommend that our clients price their apartments at a fair market value.
The security deposit
The determination and collection of the security deposit is the rentor's responsibility. We recommend our apartment owners charge a one month security deposit.
Choosing the "dates available"
If the apartment lease is less than one year, the availability dates can be an important factor in renting the apartment. To facilitate the leasing of your apartment, make sure that "availability dates" are extended to the longest period possible.
Deleting your listing
Once your apartment has been rented, please return to the site to remove the apartment. To do this, goto the Lessor Home page and click on "update / remove apartment". After entering your password, your apartment should appear. Proceed and click the "delete" button. Your apartment will then be deleted.
Lessee viewing
Lessees that have indicated a strong interest in an apartment may wish to view it before committing to a lease. It is up to you, to arrange a convenient time to show the apartment.
Viewing other Cityleases listings
If you are interested in seeing the other apartments available in your area, GOTO the front page, and search for an apartment. Once here, click on the state you are interested in and all available apartments should appear.
