Is there a charge to post my ad?

It is FREE to post "Standard" advertisements provided you are not a real-estate agent or charging commission fees. However, we recommend that you chose a "Premium" advertisement for $9.95 & up. Premium listings receive 50% more exposure.

Why do I need to update my listing?

Updated listings have a much higher success rate.

1. Your listing becomes a new again
2. Your listing goes to the top of the list
3.  The posted date changes to the current date - & users know it is still available.

What is the difference between Premium & Standard?

Premium Listings and Tenant Database Access are two separate features. 

  • A Premium Listing Receives 50 times more exposure than a Standard Listing.Premium listings are Free for all tenants to contact you. Tenants do not have to register and pay to get your contact information. And tenants are screened before we send you the leads.
  • Tenant Database enables you to pro-actively email all potential tenants by rental criteria without waiting for tenants to contact you. The Tenant Database is the most effective way to contact ALL tenants that are searching for a rental.

How do I contact potential tenants?

If you wish to be pro-active in renting your apartment or room, register to search our database of active potential tenants. The fee for 1 month of access varies depending on city. Pricing starts at $4.95 and goes up.

Why Contact Tenants Directly?

Statistics show that our landlords success rate increases by over 50% if they register to contact tenants directly.
 
There are two reasons for this:
 
1. If you register, you will be more pro-active and will find a tenant faster. Why wait for them to contact you??
 
2. You will have access to an increased tenant pool. Remember that in order for a tenant to contact you, they need to register and pay a nominal fee to our service. Only 50% of our visitors pay our fee, consequently the number of potential tenants that can contact you is reduced in half. However, if you register for tenant access you will still be able to contact all of our registered visitors. these users, thus doubling the number of potential tenants.

All potential tenants wish to know the desired end date of the lease. Since this Field does not require a date format entry, feel free to concisely describe your optimal lease term. Some examples are "Long term" "Short term" "Late Aug" "Flexible" etc.
