SoHo is the chic artist community of New York City. During the day, SoHo's galleries and boutiques attract the fashionable New York crowd and at night the area's restaurants and trendy bars and nightclubs are filled with New York's elite.

The residents of SoHo are of all ages, but money and artistic influence make SoHo less than the normal New York melting pot.

Soho Residences & Rents
SoHo is known for its loft apartments, generous living spaces and high rents. In search of cheaper rents, SoHo residents have been moving east to Nolita.

Soho Transportation & Commuting
SoHo's location is not central to Manhattan, but the subways are convenient. Prince Street, Spring Street and  Broadway-Lafayette all have adequate subway access. Proximity to the Holland tunnel makes travel to New Jersey easy.
