area is located on Northern Boulevard and along the Long Island

has a short 25 minutes
commute to Manhattan, and the beautiful scenery of the Long Island Sound.

Douglaston residents mostly immigrated from Europe. Douglaston has a
secluded area which was once a private club called the Douglaston Manor,
this area is filled with large and exclusive homes. Douglaston is an upper middle
class suburb of New York, and in the mid 90’s it was one of the wealthiest
neighborhoods in the borough.

large parking lot for commuter cars. LIRR at Douglaston Station take
30 minutes to New York Penn Station on a normal working
day.
