Sunnyside Overview
Sunnyside is named after a farm which became the town's original site.
Sunnyside is located between Woodside and Maspeth, providing an easy commute
to midtown. Sunnyside is also a great place to be entertain in some Irish
Pubs as well as dine out in its ethnically diverse restaurants. Sunnyside's
development of garden apartments is considered an outstanding example of
urban planning.

Transportation & Commuting
Most transportation
is via the New York City subway systems "7" train which has a station at
40th Street (Lowery Street), and 46th Street (Bliss Street). The 7
train is about a 25 minutes to midtown, and 30 minutes to downtown
Manhattan.
