Sea Gate
Overview
Sea Gate is a small beach community close to Coney Island. Sea Gate is
governed by the Sea Gate Member association. It is a highly secure area due
to its location close to the harbor.

Sea Gate is dominated by Jewish and Russian immigrants.
Recently, immigrants from China, Poland, Dominican Republic, and Middle East
are moving in the neighborhood. Sea Gate is a friendly town due to block
organizations where everyone knows each other.
