The Long Island Rail Road (LIRR) has a station at 192^nd street and 39^th Avenue, which reach New York Penn Station in approximately 30 minutes. There is also an express bus, which stops on 194^th Ave and is approximately 50 minutes to Manhattan. The closest New York City subway stop is Main Street Station in Flushing, where you can catch the 7 train.
